Peter has practiced as a registered Patent and Trade Marks Attorney for over 32 years. His area of expertise is in the field of electrical and electronic technologies. As well, Peter has significant experience in drafting, filing and protecting mechanical innovations.

The telecommunications and biomedical industries are two of the major areas where Peter has advised and contributed his knowledge in relation to intellectual property protection. His further focus is in drafting and filing business method patents. Peter has had extensive involvement in patent litigation matters presented before the Australian courts.

Through his established international network of Associates, Peter has the capacity to act swiftly for Australian firms in overseas markets. Peter has also been responsible for the intellectual property rights for large international corporations.

Peter complements his patent activities with proficient trade mark and design services in Australia and overseas.
