Brian is a registered Trade Marks Attorney and has a focus on commercialisation of intellectual property. His personalised commercialisation services are directed at enhancing the likelihood of commercial success at the same time reducing the risk of investment. Services include strategic advice and planning, innovation assessments and project management.

Before joining EKM, Brian was employed at Innovic, The Victorian Innovation Centre in Collins Street, Melbourne, where he assisted hundreds of new innovations and emerging technology companies with strategic advice and commercialisation services. The various industry sectors included medical devices, sport technologies, toys and games, fashion products and innovative services.

Prior to Innovic, Brian was instrumental in the development and licensing of a new patented medical sports shoe technology. His range of activities was extensive and included designing technical features, international travel, commercialisation strategic planning and obtaining international license agreements.

For leisure Brian enjoys travelling, playing and watching sports, as well as spending time with family and friends.
