Since being admitted in 2007, Adam has practiced in the fields of commercial litigation and intellectual property. In particular, he has been involved in several large trade mark infringement cases in the Federal Court of Australia.

Adam’s focus is always on delivering concise advice to his clients to assist them in achieving the most commercially advantageous outcomes for their business. Adam regularly provides advice on products labeling, broadcast, internet and print advertising and software licensing.

With a background in the commercial IT industry, Adam also keenly follows emerging global technologies and has a particular passion for local Australian developments and breakthroughs.

Adam counts amongst his academic achievements the coveted New York Bar Exam, which he successfully completed in 2006. Outside of work Adam enjoys a number of sporting pastimes including golf, sailing and skiing and has a particular passion for film.
