Founded in January 2004, EKM legal has grown into a successful law firm with a respected client base. August 2006 saw the establishment of EKM patent, an associate firm of patent and trade marks attorneys.

The two practices – EKM legal and EKM patent – work in tandem to provide a seamless solution to our clients’ needs in intellectual property and commercial law, at a realistic cost.

We see a need in the marketplace for a specialist firm which can provide both small and medium enterprises as well as larger established businesses with the quality of expertise in all facets of intellectual property and commercial law traditionally obtained from large law and patent attorney firms. We want to help our clients to grow and succeed commercially. Our flexible and personalized approach enables us to work closely with our clients to achieve their business objectives.
